My buddy has an 06 Honda Rincon (650 carb). After riding it at the dnes last weekend he says it now will not go over 45mph. I have not had a chance to take a look at it yet, but what are some thigns to look at? I am going to start with the air filter, plug, and carb, but what are some other things to check?
