I kno this sounds retarded butt ever since i got my 300 bored a little bit it streches chains like crazy. I got a did chain off a buddy that you could tell had a **** load of life left to it and after i put it on and rode it done. This never happened before i bored it. could it be that im running a 40t in rear and 13t in front. should i buy stock size rear too.

sounds to me like the chain is shot, or its getting there, i would just adjust it properly, or take a link out, depending on how stretched it is, and if it keeps happening, you will have to invest in a new chain.

i think i kno whats wrong. im pretty sure that the carrier is moving i tried to tighten the bolts supper tight and my chain still came loose and i can just keep tightening it . It never gets to a point where is wont spin any further like it used too. dose that mean i need a carrier

sounds to me like you should take a link out of the chain, because it sounds like there is so much slack that the carrier does not offer enough adjustment to get it tight

Ya you should not tighten your carrier too much, bearings are suppost to be just right. Not to tight but not too loose. Take a link or two out if that does not work buy a new chain. My DID is GREAT. Its not the chain brand just prolly shot.;)

it is your carrier it is moving
mine did it to
on mine I went 1 tooth up on the front
sprocket from stock and i have a stock rear one and mine carrier does not move now

Yeah your carrier is moving.My 350x swingarm setup would do this.I installed bolts with nuts on them to remedy this lil'problem.;)
