Have you taken the clutch cable off the quad when you lubed it and verified the cable moves easily? I run a Magura but when I lube my throttle cable I take it all the way off the quad and hold it vertical. Then spray brake cleaner in the top and work the cable back and forth until it starts dripping out the end. Then spray the cable lube of your choice into it and work it back and forth. I just use wd40 or pb blaster but have heard the motion pro cable lube is best for this.

MSR perch and lever, about $50. three adjustments for fulcrum points. Works like a dream.

Magura. It's a little expensive, but nothing compares, you will not be dissapointed.

Are you running heavier clutch springs? If so you can expect a harder pull.

Oh and Magura is the way to go. I have one on my Dale.
