my fan is not plugged so i need to wire it up. how do i do this. thanks for any help

All you need to do is ground the wire that plugs into the fan switch.

Cut the green wire and ground it.

will this make the fan run at all times? if not how do u do that?

If you ground the sensor wire, yes your fan will run at all times.

If you are over heating and you think this will stop you from over heating, it will not.

Some people will run a toggle switch to ground so they can turn the fan on and off when they see fit.

i had my fan running all the time and the ground came loose and it was running at 250... ground the wire again and it went right back down to 180

just look at Borichs and Bithels quads. they have their fans grounded to run full time. theres a reason, and thatsbecause when it gets muddy, things heat up. Always better to be safe than sorry. Oh btw, the wire they are talking about is on teh left side of the head that plugs into the top. I cut it and grounded it to the pump bolt.

i somehow broke the coolant sensor on my kfx and all i did was took a electrial spade connector(the ones with two prongs) and plugged it in to the plug and it turns on as soon as you turn the key

well the motor is running longer so year, bu the motors last a whille
