Pappy, do you have any pics of Fire Red next to the New Sparkle Red? I am thinking of doing my LTR frame in sparkle red but I don't want it to look too much like my stepson 300EX. From what I see in your pics the Sparkle Red is more of a Honda Red that is metallic. Am I right in saying this? Not the Burgandy that the Fire Red is.

you are correct. fire red is very very close to translucent red but a different type of powder and application.

fire red is more red, and has very fine metalflake in it..one of my favs

So the Sparkle red is a Bright Red Metallic not a burgandy
