hey i know how "quad smart" every1 on here is so i was thinkin that maybe some guys on here know about snowmobiles. we have an old john deere cyclone 440 that the connecting rod on the right side cylinder broke and smashed a huge gash open in the side of the engine. I was wondering if ne one knew if the luiqidator or liqiufire 440, or if ne other john deere snowmobile engine will fit in the stock mounting brackets. i need to know and this is the only place i could think of to ask. Got to hurry, dound engine, and got to get it in before winter since dad just happened to sell the formula 580!
