Oil?

What brand oil is everyone using? What weight? What filter is everyone using? I have an 04 450r with Curtis Sparks pipe, Stage 1 Hot Cams, and Uni filter. I just got it and plan on changing the oil and filter this weekend.

I prefer Spectra 10w40 in both sides. Just don't use synthetic on clutch side. As for filter I've been using oem from dealer, thought about getting better but I change oil very often because of racing.
