What guesset kits do you guys like, i was looking at the walsh but $210 is alot of money for a guesset kit, Rath looks like they have a nice one for only $45...i deffinatly want one that helps strengthen the welds under/behind the tank that alot of people crack, thanks alot guys

i have a question about this as well. is it hard to replicate a gusset kit? and where would you get measurements to make your own?

the bare kit is probably the most complete for under 100 bucks. ive used the rath but IMO it uses gussets that are to thin for folks that want to mig them in, and it leaves out some areas that need a gusset.

walsh and lsr offer the most and may be the strongest, but damn thats alot of welding

you can make your own, but its honestly so much easier to just buy the bare kit

i did the whole Rath frame service, gusset and powdercoat plus propegging and have had good luck so far.

im trying to decide between the LSR and the BARE, does the bare cover the frame underneath/behind the gastank?

not any of the kits i have found do cover that spot. All you need to do is find a pipe that is the same of the rail, cut it in half and then put it over and weld. Thats what we did to mine.
