Can you buy a +1 or +2 steering stem for a 250ex? Or will a 400ex stem or 450 stem work?

I have heard that a 400ex stem will work...but I cannot verify this.

Yes ,you can buy 1"or 2"[ search]
Yes, a 400ex will work adds 1"
No, a 450r will not work
