This is really important! Do you call it ketchup or catsup? And why????

catsup is the old term. ketchup is the new one i guess. and no, i don't have any idea were they got catsup at.

I call it catch up. I guess 'cause I'm from the south? I also call those thing they grow in Idaho 'taters.

Never heard of the saying catsup, lol. But I like to say Ketchup or I say Hines or whatever brand of ketchup it is. lol

Well, I say catsup. but on the bottle here it says Ketchup. Personaly I dont like either. but the kids like ketchup.

catsup came from way back, when they didnt have tomatos and had to use a cat and a blender.

imo i think catsup is what it is and ketchup is a brand name that heinz came p with like Qtip and cotton swab...... n e one follow :confused: :D
