Performance COILS what?

ive seen this preformance coils on ebay for like $60 they say it give more power bc of a hotter spark... is this a good mod alone? or are they best when used with a hot cdi box? or just using a hot cdi box do bout the samething? or hot coils are not really do anything at all?

a coil may provide 60000 volts, but if only 20000 is needed to jump the gap, then thats all that are used. you may increase voltage required due to increased cyl. pressure(higher compression, larger gap), but stock 300 coils work fine. hey if you have some extra money, try it and let us know.:cool:
