I'm about 90% sure they will work. I know for a fact that the fronts are the same.

yep exact same. Also the 250EX rears are the same and 450R will work too. All the same splines.

wats the advantage to 400ex rear hubs, are they wider or stronger or something?

Maybe he has 400ex hubs laying around and needs 300ex hubs. but i dono if there is any differences or positives. :confused: hmm..

Different part number and cheaper than the 300EX if you buy them from Honda. Other than that they are exactly the same.

If I would guess he needs new hubs and he found a set of 400EX for a good price
