I need TITLE HELP!

I bought my 300ex without a title because it was going to be a track only quad. Now i just sold it and the guy who bought it wants a title. So i talked to the guy I bought it from and he get find it. Can I just have the guy that i bought it from go to the dealer where he bought it from and get a new title or what?
How can i get one. Its from Jersey and Im from PA so I think its different.

I don't think you can have another title remade. He'll have to settle for a bill of sale. Write up a document, both sign it, and possibly have someone notarize it.

dunno about ur state, but here you can apply for a lost title, you will need a bill of sale at least. go to ur dmv or mva or whatever its called.

if you live in pa .i think you can go to a title place.may be a pendot title place.or try adealer you know,they can steer you in the right direction..iv sold several quads out of state,this is what i did.

PA does issue replacement Titles. But that is if it was originally titled in PA. If it was titled in New Jersey then you will have to find out how there laws work.

You should have been more clear on the terms of sale.

I sold a quad not too long ago. I told the buyer "AS IS, NO TITLE". He either accepted those terms, or didn't buy it. I wrote a bill of sale, obviously, and it was done.

I know that doesn't help you a whole lot in this situation, but it will help you for the next one...

I have sold 2 quads like this and it works just as good as a title.

its been for sale for over a year and he really wants it. He does some illegal riding and wants to keep his *** covered. im gonna take a ride down to the dealerships today and ask them.
