I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT WOULD BE SAFE TO BORE MY STOCK 450 CYLINDER TO A 480 ? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT:)

You can't bore these. They are plated. You have to send it to a shop and they put a new sleeve in it.

When they bore the stock cylinder to a 480 they replate it also. I would not to go a 480 the cylinder skirts get realy thin on the bottom of the cylinder and have been known to crack. I would not go larger than a 470 with a stock cylinder. If you are looking for a big bore i would go with a n-motion cylinder,max power or a wiseco cylinder they are all coated cylinders and work great.

WELL US CHROME SAID THEY WOULD DO IT AND RE- CHROME TO
BUT 470 EH WHO MAKES A 470 PISTON?

Wiseco,Je,Venom. Check around they make lots of them in different compression.
