Getting another fixer upper (Eton 90) need Tips!!

Well on Ebay the site of great deals i found a 2002 Eton 90 for parts or fix. So i start e-mailing him and tomorrow im picking it up tomorrow for $125. WOW.He said that it was getting realy hard to start and was acting like it had low compression. So im thinking that the oil injection went bad and screwed up the top end. So i have a few plans for it !!!!!

The parts i Know i need
Rear tires
Rear fender extensoins maybe the front ones too
Front nose/grill thing
and maybe a topend if the one on it is not salvageable

ok i got it todday and stared tairing it down. i didt get muche done but tin has a lock nut axle and hydro rear brakes! so i need a hood and rear feder extentoin but let me get it runnin first. o if i put 54mm topend on it will it put out 95cc?
