nope, not shocks. the system 3 is elkas steering stabilizer. similar to the precision

do you have to srvice the elka like you do the WER?
I was thinking of going to Precision b/c I'm soooo dammm tiresd of changing the oil in the WER!

to be honest with you im not sure. i dont think it is as much maintenece as the WER but you will eventually have to service it. I have maybe 8 rides on it. in those 8 rides i was so impressed with how this unit works!!
