I have a DVX and use renthal twinwalls in a carmichael high bend with a +1 stem. They are about stock height if you use 3/4 in tall adaptors to get the 1 1/8 clamp. These bars a little higher than a CR high.

Tag or Pro Taper make a Cr double high bend, I am running a +2 LSR stem with ATV Hi bend Flexx bars.

If you don't want to change the steering stem and/or mount, go with an ATV bend bar rather than a MX bend (like the CR). I personally went with Pro Taper's ATV Lo bend. They're close to stock 400EX bars but have a slightly larger pullback sweep. Go onto Renthal or Pro Taper's website to view the chart of different bends. Either way, I recommend Pro Taper.
