I Want to buy shocks TCS tripple rates or something like cheap elka's, but the thing is that they are so expensive and I only have like $400 saved now... And as long as it has taken me to save up 400 it'll be like another 2 and a half to 3 months, and then is like Christmas.

If I could just find the type of shocks or at least something with the same setup other than works I could race a lot sooner, and It slowing me down so much because I plan on a 416 build this Christmas after I buy the front shocks... I'm trying to keep my eye on ebay but I'm coming up with no luck..:(

your in the same boat i am. except today i finally tuned my rear shock from factory settings and wow what a difference. i feel like a jacka** for never thinking of adjusting it before. but TCS offers a conversion kit for $250. they take your stock rear shock and convert it to a TCS. revalve and new springs. For the front the only thing i would ever be able to affrod is the Works tripple rate remote rezzie. anything will be a hell of a lot better than stock

What about 450r shocks and have them revalved and resprung. That is like 600 bucks and they're a hell of a lot better than stock. :) But TCS are real nice so I don't know, LOL:p :)
