Steering stem swap?

Does anybody know if an aftermarket steering stem will swap from a YFZ 450 to a raptor 700? I know the A-arms are interchangeable but what about the steering stem?

i dont know why they wouldnt... there isnt a whole lot involved in a steering stem...it mounts up by the gas tank, and then hooks down below to the tie rods...

i cant think of why it wouldnt work, but that doesnt mean that it will

The stems will interchange, but the lengths are different.

If you go to Houser's site and look over the stems, you can compare the lengths as they relate to the various years of YFZ and 700.
