I purchased a swingarm rebuild kit from them and messed up one of the needle bearing races during install. I was in a hurry and decided to use the old fashioned hammer and socket method instead of a press. I called pivot works to see if I could buy one bearing since only one was ruined. The guy I talked to offered to send one free of cost to my door, no shipping charges. It was there 4 days later. Excellent Customer Service!!!

Yea I agree, I cant remember what.... but there was somethign on my 85 LT250R I needed, and no one had it, they made me 2, or figured out what was the same and sent them to me, pretty cheap too, I think it was 20 bucks for 2 needle bearings and 2 seals.

i had great service like that outta smc, i forgot to tighten one a-arm bolt and it popped off and i couldnt find none any where around here called him up he sent me 3 free of charge no shipping glad to know some people are generous enough to do something like that something so small goes a long way
