Does anyone know witch aftermarket rev boxes are not mapped after the XR... are their any completely new and remapped boxes?

Procom best cdi you can buy, it is completely new (not an xr250) and only costs $45. I've ran them all and this is my fav. by far and also happened to be the cheapest! Got to love that!

in what rpms or were in the power band did you feel the improvement of the procom rev box?

It does improve your power. It actually causes your bike to start easier! Yes easier. And then if you have a fully built bike that can run high rpm it allows you to go 1000 more than stock. It doesn't add power just increases the rev limit.
