hey guys i was out riding the other day. and oil started pouring out between the cases, under the carb, well i tore it down to find out i lost a crankshaft bearing, and it made my crank walk.. resulting in total scrap metal. lol i need a new motor. which one would be best for riding tts, and woods, with a little mx. thanks. if u have a motor for sale. hit me up thanks

i just changed my jrd426 to a esr 310...all because i rode a ct330!
i think for the track the 310 was a better choice for me, but the 330 was a torque powerhouse. it went waaayy faster than my 426 in 4th gear. i haven't rode against my friend since i went with the 310.

sooo, depending on what u do is how u should pick your motor, hybrid-easier to ride, 310 great for the track and trail, 330 trail or dunes or long tracks.

I have a 350x motor i'd sell ya if you're interested in doing that conversion. It's an 86 with the 6speed tranny. has a 13t sprocket on it. everything comes with it (wireing, carb, oil cooler and lines) needs a little work though...stator case needs repaired which I can have done before it ships out and it would be a good idea to tear the topend down and check the parts...it started smoking a little before it was taken out of the frame but I never took it apart to see if it was just seals or rings or what it needed. let me know if you're interested.

honestly don't know how it would compare to a 440 my guess is it won't have the power of the 440 since it's just a 350cc but it did run very strong even while it was smoking I did race (drag race) my buddy who has a z400 with some bolt on mods and it was dead even. I've heard a lot about people doing some work to the motor and getting some good performance out of it. I know wiseco makes bore kits for it don't remember how big and what compressions you can get though. I'd say search around for some people who have done the 250r/350x hybrid and see how they like it. I liked it when I had it in my 250r frame but I took it out for a newer motor that is easier to find parts. I'd like to get around 450 for everything included and I can fix the case cover before shipping..I don't have the exact package sizes right now but i'm guessing shipping would be about $75 or $80..there's two packages and the one with the motor weighs 98lbs..let me know if you're still interested and we can work some numbers to satisfy both of us..
