well i have heard that it has a schitty back shock and i have heard it has a good shock so witch is it

Same Showa shocks that are on the 400EX. The shocks themselves are fine. I believe the problem with the rear shock is the linkage articulation. Many people describe the rear end as a pogo stick.

the problems not the shock its the weak frame :D

The frame isnt any weaker than a 400EX's.
