04 450r XC build

Well this is my first rebuild ever, i've never tore a quad down before in my life. But after 3 months of it sitting in the garage I finally got the money for the parts and started ordering and putting it back together.

Mod list:

Every bushing and bearing was replaced.

Maier plastic with 1 piece XC plastic
Herrman a arms - fresh powdercoat-flat black
Axis front shocks about to be sent to GT Thunder
Rear shock is going to Laz also.
GT Thunder exhaust
Frame was reinforced under the gas tank, and a BARE gusset kit was also installed
Powdercoated the frame flat black
DMR-XC grab bar - painted flat black
PRM front bumper - painted flat black
AC belly skid
Pro-Armor swinger skid
Maxxis tires
Hinson clutch basket
GPR stabilizer with Tag t2 bars
AC Nerf bars - painted black

Thats all I can remember for now. Heres some pics from the start and what I have done to it now.

I love the black frame, very sweeet! I wish we had a "winter" down time in AZ like I did back in WV. Every winter I stripped down my 250R for the following season, out here in AZ, we race/ride all year around. Keep up the good work, you're on the right track!

Sick quad, love the yellow. The black tank would look better but the ims tank has a purpose.

You should get black nerf bars I think it would make the whole quad look alot better.

I have some brand new AC that are black I just haven't found the time to put them on. I got some brand new REM heel guards also, I just never have the time to put them on. I rarely even have time to ride.
