Okay, i am looking into get a new set of wheels all around for my 400ex. Right now it has stock, i will be running a lonestar axle with plus 3 aarms, anybody know what offsets i will need front and rear? I want to stay under 50'' but it doesnt have to be exactly at 50".

These wheel will be used only for mx, right now i am thinking beadlocks all around, but i dont know if i should just go with reg. fronts.

The main two i have been debating between are the douglas new shamrocks ultimate beadlocks, and the hiper carbon-fiber beadlocks....i dont keep up with the 8 vs 9 vs 10 inch wheel thing so what sizes should i get if i get those. If i get aluminum wheels they will be 8 inch..The price betweem the two is comparable..so thats not a big factor..Any advice? thanks

Oh ya im probably going to be running holeshot mx tires all around.

Just get you a set of rear 8x8 or 9x9 beadlocks any beadlocks are good really, Then just rolled edge fronts or race wheel fronts that way you can save money. or I have a set of carbon fibers with holeshot tires for 650. If you want mx tires you can sell the holeshots on them and get mx ones or buy aluminum wheels for the holeshot tires for trails or something.

I would get the Douglas Billet Beadlocks Rears, and then just the Rolled Lip Billet Fronts. I`m not sure on the Offsets.

I am no MX racer... But I would think you would want either reinforcement rings on the inside of your rear rims with beadlocks, or the dual beadlocks HiPer offers. The reinforcement rings or dual beadlocks add alot of strength to the rim to avoid flat spots.

champion beadlocks 8x8 with inner rings $130 a rim from james lucky... this is the rim i think most of the pros run not 100% sure on that but i know u'll never need another rim after this!!!

the douglas ulitmate beadlock don't have inner rings they just have rolled edges so they can bend easy unlike the champion... notice my front rim the huge dent on the top of it... thats a rolled rim like the douglas and they can bend like that... u'll never get a champion to bend into a flat spot... i trail ride with mine over rocks, trees, and roots have bent all 4 stockers but my champ rears are perfectly fine...

heres a pic of champs on my quad...

If you don`t get Champion or Douglas, OMF also has those New Beadlocks and their Rims have the Rings on the Inside also.

Actually, i would say that most of the pro's run douglas beadlocks now. Farr, Gust, and JJ all run douglas, and a million others do too!

Also, I would recomend NOT getting ITP wheels. My friend had some 9x9 beadlocks, and they bent after the first race.

I've had my douglas beadlocks for two seasons and they are still strait as an arrow. And i'm not easy on them, i race every weekend and i beat the he!! out of them.

Champion beadlocks are good, i know many guys with them and they hold up well. Hi-Per's Carbons are good too.

If i had the money i would buy a whole set of Douglas Shamrock Beadlocks.

When i get some i will be getting Champion. They seem to be liked by the pros and they deff. Look the best in my opinion. I have seen a pair of ITP Rolled Edges smashed all to He!!.
