Jetting for Powerbomb header

Hey guys,
i have an 01 400ex with wiseco piston, titanium valves and a pro-circuit T-4 silencer. I just bought a FMF Powerbomb header for it. Do i have to re jet for it, what should i jet to? Have you seen better power advantage with this header?

i would like to know if jetting is required as well because i was thinking of ordering the FMF powerbomb header to combo with HMF slip on but seconded guessed it gave any performance due to its the same size as stock

I'm at sea level. I had the K&N w/outerwear, removed airbox lid, and hmf. I jetted to 190 needle, 165 main, 42 pilot, 2.75 turns out on the screw. When I installed the powerbomb I up'd it to 170 main jet and left the rest. It is the perfect blend for my setup.
