Valves need adjusted?

I have read alot of people having the same starting issues as I am since new. My question is has anyone had the valves being out of specs being the cause of it? i have heard of something being done, either replacement, or adjustment to the TP sensor, but nothing on the valves?

we have tryed everything.nothing works yet.. put on a kick start.it helps a little.were still looking hope someone can give us a answer..
