easiet way i know of is to go to www.imageshack.us. click browse and host your picture. once you click host and the new screen pops up, scroll all the way down to where it says direct link to image and copy that link and paste it where ever!

i use imageshack for all my picture hosting, nice and easy! you should get a pretty link that looks like this one with a picture inside!
