new project

i am going to start a 300ex project. i am going to do one of two things. i can either just make a stock 300ex, sell it and my warrior, then buy a good 400ex and do stuff to that. or i can build the 300 to race, and keep it. opinions?

Sell them both now, by the time you put all that $ in that 300ex, your not gonna get much more for it than wut you will now, no matter how much you spend on it to make if fast, you'll dig yourself a whole and not come out on top.

i would sell it cause you will grow out of a 300 pretty quick. i wouldnt buy a 400 and modify it, cause by the time your finished putting all of your money into that, your gonna want a 450. trust me.

i was looking at all the parts i have to put this thing together with, and it would just be easier to make it stock, then sell it.

ya part out the aftermarket stuff and return it to stock. youll get more $

last night i got the a-arms on, and the front suspension. need to paint it, it has purple upper a-arms. thinking about either red or black. and does anyone know if a 250x swing arm will work?

yep.Everything from the 250x is the same, minus the stroke, bore.

sweet. thanks. i found the swing arm with shock, bearing carrier, axle, and everything on the axle on ebay. guess i get to buy that now.
