YFZ Engine Problem

let me know if you guys have seen this before

when revving high I blow out the valve cover gasket

I have changed out the filter, blew air through the lines both directions and cleared out some debree

I do not run the oil overflow box, but I am running K&N filters in its place for the 2 oil vent lines.

my next step is just to try cleaning it again if any one else has a suggestion it would help

Run the overflow bottle.. It come in AND goes out which your setup doesn't... Many causes. Crankcase pressure...

not to be an ***, but did you torque the bolts to the right specs?

never rebuilt, brand new from Yamaha less than 1 hour, no warranty though straight from factory

ya looking around at the motor I found out I was stupid

was going to put on the 2 new oil breathers and only could fine 1 hose and found out I never took off the main case plug

So threw on the breather there and runs great

well, at least now you know you're stupid...**** you have any idea how many poeple at walking around in the world not even realizing how studpid they are...sheesh =) glad you got it fixed bud, safe riding.
