someone pointed out how there was a piece of paper saying that it was. so he probably got it from some sort of lot auction or got a totaled bike from the insurance company or something.

I doubt a 400 would go kaboom that easy. depends how you build it. the key to boost on any engine is low compression, let the boost do its job. If you ran 8.5:1 or 9:1, around there you would be fine
