need some suggestions quick

I jave a 2001 red 400ex, and i'm painting the frame. What colour(s) should i paint the frame/subframe/a-arms????

I say red or yellow, I seen someone paint it black and it didnt turn out to good. What ever you get make sure to get the dealer to do it and not some store bought paint !!

If your going to go to all that trouble of changing the color of the frame you need to have it powdercoated. It will be no time at all and the paint will be chipped and coming off. Powdercoating is very durable and will probably out last the rest of the bike.

YELLOW- WOULDN'T SHOW UP DIRT AS MUCH AS ANYOTHER COLOR- BUT OIL WOULD SHOW UP

Dupont's Ford Yellow. You can get a gallon of their single component aliphatic paint for about $45.00 from a certified Dupont paint shop. It is the color of the Mustangs.

i saw a 300ex with chrome a-arms and swing arm -couple of other things where chrome & it had blue plastic and a hot pink frame-
it was set off man- looked good-

i know you were kidding but- it realy does look good it if's cleaned up nice

charochol metallic, and it looks bad ###! Goes great with my
yellow plastic.

just store the pic on your computer,click "browse"next to where it says file attachment when you post,then browse to where you have the pic stored,click the file of the pic,then hit reply.

I have my oil tank powdercoated red, swing-arm, and bars also. Frame silvervein, foot pegs, battery holder, motor mounts, and parking brake block off yellow. Take the time and money to powdercoat!:D
