Maier Front Fender Probs on a 450R

My Maier left front fender on my 2005 TRX450R is constantly breaking bolt heads off in the mounting point towards the front of the bike (by headlight) is there anyway to fix this besides Zip-Ties and wire, lol ive tried both. Thanks.

i have the maier racing front w/ radiator scoops on my 05 and i used the headlight with it for about a month and it was a tight fit...but i recently jus took off my headlight and the fit was much better....
