Ice Racing

I want to ice race the 450 this winter, any suggestions on the type of tires and the brand of picks to use. Any tips what to do to the quad, becides re-jet for the colder temps? Thanks Ryan

go to magic racing go to there ice racing section they have everything for rear tires run the cheng shins. i ran maxis razors mx for the front worked awsome didnt lose a single stud. buy 2 1000 pack of kold kutter screws i run the 3/4" long ones havent had a problem with those. then if your not gonna run shocks setup for ice racing front and rear lowering kit. and a sway bar helps out alot. all of this stuff is on magicracing.

Thanks! Im going to go with the cheng shins or turf tamers, and the studs you recomended. Not looking to get to heavy into it, just enough to have fun.
