Sprocket needs to go out towards the shifter an 1". Any extensions out there?

Kick start is very close to working. Minor grinding to clear that.

Had to put the shock on backwards (piggyback pointing back to clear the kick start gears.

And my intake boot is pointing at the frame.

I think I need to move the engine ahead in the frame, and raise the motor up about to allow room for the carb to clear the frame.

Machine the inside down on the L/H side of the swing arm..
Until sprockets align.
Add that difference to the spacer you will make for the R/H side.

Here is an idea for your kicker ext...
Hope this helps.

Ya, I was thinking of doing that.and some on the back of the block too. and shimming the sprocket out some by using a thinner bolt and placing the shim on the inside of the sprocket.

If i keep the block in the swinger, it puts the carb in the way of the crossing part of the frame for the rear upper shock mount.. Now I think i could tilt the engine some to the front. But i don't know where the oil pick up is (front or back) and i'm a bit scared to tilt it to much. Now that should also clear the kicker at the same time and the petcock for the gas tank should fit on top of the head after.

you dont want to put a spacer behind the sprocket, you want all the contact area for your splines on the sprocket and shaft.machine or "grind" down the lefty side of your swinger as ss said, its much easier that way.your gonna need an extension for your kicker,no way around that but its so easy to make one.once i get my new computer set up with my camera,i'll send you a few pics ;)
