MASSIVE OIL LEAK>> 400ex

i have a 2005 400ex and i hit this table top and when i landed it smacked the ground pretty hard causing me to break my left wrist... anyhow after i healed up and started riding it i noticed a oil leak that grew bigger as more often as i rode..... i think the leak is coming from the sprocket area.,,, if anyone has any suggestions or what i might need repaired please let me know.,,,. ps there wasnt anything bent like the frame or engine wasnt cracked as far as i know

check that oil seal where the sprocket is.... with a little work it can be removed and replaced without taking apart the engine

I think mine leaks too. Is it just an O-ring that I can remove and slide on new? Could you describe "with a little work".

no, its an actual seal... its slightly hard to get out but u will eventually be able to get it.... u gotta "pry" it out, thats wat i did
