pred 50 always fouling plugs

my nephew's pred 50 is always fouling plugs

is there a way to adjust the internal oil to gas mixture to correct this problem??

Check the air fuel screw. I think between 1 1/2-2 turns is where it should be. Also check the air filter and make sure it is clean and not choking out.
