Wolverine sputtering on hills

My Wolverine doesn't want to run properly on hills up, down, or sideways. Almost as if the floats weren't set up that it's starving for gas. I have to stay on the gas and brake or put it in neuteral. I have the tilt swith unhooked at the ignition switch because it runs like it's in reverse with the limiter. I just had the carberatopr apart and the floats are fine. Any ideas or suggestions what I could check?

Clean out all of the drain/vent tubes on the carb. I can almost garauntee one or more of them are clogged up. ;) Also make sure they are routed properly.
