07 450r jetting help

ok guys i have a 07 450r i installed a fmf power bomb header and hmf slip on and im going to install a k&n filter what size jets should i use, leak jet, and piliot and what clip on the needle. if you can get me close that would be awesome thanks josh

Try this to get you in the ballpark. One whats your temp? 2 whats your elevation?

Needle: 3rd clip
Main: 160-175 (most likely a 165 or 170)
Pilot: 45-50 (most likely a 48)
Leak: 50 or 55
A/F Screw: .5 turns to 2.5 turns out (make adjustments as needed but if it is less than .5 drop main jet 1 size if it is over 2.5 up main jet one size)

Thats your ballparks so i would just pick up all those jets and start your elimination process to get it to where it runs best. You shouldnt have any hesitations, popping, bogging, flames and your plug should be a light tan color. Good luck man.
