I never have liked any of the Halos. They are like every other FPS out there. I don't get all the huge hype over it. Yeah, they did a lot for multiplayer online gaming, but people act like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I am still a gamer and I don't understand it. I have Halo 2, played and beat one. Like I said, they are fun games, yeah. But not all that everyone makes them out to be.

lol i was gonna say that...half my school skipped today to play...the lines were rediculous last nite....at 10 there was a 5 hour wait at gamestop

Hey guys got halo 3 last night. Put in the xbox today at 1100 and beat it by 630 great story line! Great play and graphics the new weapons added and equipment rock!!! Online play is also better than halo 2! In my opinion its a 10 out of 10 way to go bungie!!

I agree...I liked it when Halo 1 came out but it got real repetitive. The only FPS I can play for hours is Counter-Strike or CS:S. Mannn those were the days! I think I'm gonna reinstall and play right now. BTW, UT2k4 was awesome too! Now you guys got me all excited when Unreal Tournament 3 comes out!!

halo has made me brake so many controllers. it pisses me off so much when you get killed like 1.5 seconds after you respawn by some little 4 year old or something.
throwing controllers at the tv doesnt solve that either.

i have the same problem. just broke a ps3 controller tonight, theres 50 bucks, maybe i can find one used

I've almost beaten it. It's not bad but it's nothing to piss yourself over, some new guns, better graphics, faster tanks, new vehicles, but very much like halo 1/2 only you know, better! The 1 vs 1 person mode is much better, you can change the gravity and running speed so it's more like the matrix :cool: .

i have resistance also, I play it online waaaay more than i play the single player mode. I dont like Halo, reminds me of any other FPS on the market. Only reason I have resistance is because there isnt a big selection of games for PS3. I also enjoy call of duty 3 online. I just got done playing it and it was a ton of fun :)

My class went to the BIG E (Eastern states exposition its a huge fair) and we payed 10 bucks to play this ring toss game and we won the Halo 3 Limited Edition game replica master chief helmet and some other stuff with it. It was crazy:eek2: :eek2: :cool:

Man, gaming companies are ending all the big titles huh? Halo ends with 3 from the way it sounds. Metal Gear Solid ends next year with 4. Mortal Kombat was finished with the last one :( I still love that damn game lol
