in all honesty, if you have the skill already on a quad, the main thing is going to be endurance. Train more off the quad then you do on the quad. If you can ride with smoothness and speed, you might not be able to show that for a full 6-7-8 laps, maybe only 2 or 3. Try to mountain bike alot, maybe 7 or 8 miles a day, and you will deff notice the difference. I ride here and there, but every weekend i ride. I notice every weekend that i get faster and faster because i can go faster w/o getting as tired and beat up because i train off the quad. Unless you need to ride to get smoother, i wouldnt ride unless you go practice somewhere or race, because your motor wont fade, but you will! Some people love to ride, and believe me, i love to ride too, but i cant go somehwere and ride everyday because of work, so im stuck with just training. Riding is great becasue it lets you get more comfortable on it, but after a few practice rounds at the races, im back to normal.

Yes it does work. I think it works very well. I was just like you. Wondered if it worked or not. Now that I am taking it I cant race without it.

Cardio stack deffinately works, I used it at the somerset GNCC and I got my best finish of the year at 32nd overall. I didn't get tired and it didn't make my heart race like some people said it did. I even had enough energy to drive 10 hours home after the race :blah: and everything pepper said is good too
