Cam sprocket

How do I get this back on the cam? Its just too low and it wont go back on the cam shaft. Any ideas?

The chain is not fully seated on the lower sprocket. Turn the motor over a couple times, and that should do the trick. You do have the tensioner loose, don't you?

Found the problem there is a slightly lower spot in the cam where the decompressor goes on my 08. Its a totally new set up compared to past models.
