stock 450 shock adjustments

I am trying to adjust my stock 450r front shocks and I would like to know were the rebound, and dampening adjustments are. Also whats the best way to adjust my ride height? thanks for the help.

compression is the screw on your resivoir reboud is a black screw on the bottom of the shock and to ajust the ride hight just use a hammer and a flat head screw driver to turn the threads
