sent a payment for 55.00 USD on 8-27-07 via PayPal for two honda 400EX front rims. I still have yet to recieve any rims from him. Last that I heard from him was on 8-31-07 through a pm, this is what it said

"hey i tried to wite you but your pms were full i was gonna tell you im still outa town on work be back sunday so i get out monday if i can get ahold of wife ill try to tell her what to ship and were and get them out saturday"

I've tried to PM him numerous times since then, also tried to contact via e-mail but he hasnt responded. Im real close to cancelling the paypal payment if possible, but i really need these rims.

Cancel it. I think you have a limited scope of time with paypal, around a month. Cancel it.

On a side note...anywhere to ride in bloomington? Never seen you on here, I live out by the walmart on second street. Nice to see a fellow hoosier around.

complaint has been filed with paypal, I'll keep everybody updated. I found someone else that had the same thing happen to them with this guy. BUYERS BEWARE!

This piece of ****'s account is empty, so PayPal cant get my money back yet. They granted the case in my favor, but were unable to recover funds. THIS GUY IS A THIEF! Its too bad that he can't grow a pair and answer any of us like a man. He lives in slaughters, KY. Anybody live near there and own a baseball bat or a shotgun?

Again, THIS GUY IS A THIEF, DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! He needs to be put on the blacklist.

Well if i dont get a tracking # for the motor he is suposed to have sent out by tomarrow im going to be stopping my package. Not giving him brand new +3 arms for free.

Are you able to make contact with him? If so, that definately shows that he is a crook, he'll talk to you right up to the point of having your money in his hand, then he disappears. Why dont you tell him to give everybody thier money back before we put a criminal suit on his @ss for mail and money fraud.

i got this ****bags number i want my 55 back to for the rims but i sent a postal money oder so no hope,his number is 270 871 2942 and i got his adress too ,called the slaughters police and they cant do anything if only i lived closer to ky i would drive out there and beat the **** outta this kid

if you sent him a postal m/o, it can be tracked. if he cashed it and hasn't sent any parts it's mail fraud. mail fraud = a whole world of trouble. talk to the PO and do a mail fraud search on here

Most people have a dynamic IP address. It only takes about 15seconds and a simple DOS command to change your IP address.

I won a set of houser a-arms on ebay from this guy! after 2 weeks no a-arms i typed his phone number into google and it took me to this article, he had 100% feedback, but luckly on ebay they have buyer protection programs so hopefully i will get my money back. gizzyhardin is his ebay account watch out!
