dont want to buy a arms or shocks
just want my bike to be a liltte lower and wider.

Take all of the preload off of the shocks.

Wheel spacers, they are cheap way to go wider but never recommended.

Like said above taking the preload out of the shocks will get u a tad lower, but not much.
There are also lowering links that flat track racers use.

if you are like drag racing, i would try to make my own front suspension, something like a flexible piece of metal thats bowed so it does have movement but will lower it nicely, and add some wheel spacers, but dont do this to do any track racing...period

Taking the pre-load out of the shocks will lower and widen it... ;)

up front lower the shock preload. Buy offset wheels or wheel spacers. rear lower shock preload, buy new linkage like GT thunder or others. buy rear wheel spacers This is only a cheap way for short term and may cost you in the long run from bearing wear and premature part wear. The rear link works great and is great for lowering ride hieght, a safe method, also fairly cheap.

there was a pic on here of someone putting on 300ex shocks... not very good but alot lower
