One of the other country teams were pitted out of this one. Which means it could actually be for the new KTM quad team.

besides 75ccs what are the differences between the 450 and 525 are they meant for different things

The 450 is the max legal limit at the MX nationals. The 525 can be ran at the GNCC's.

From my understanding, the only thing different is the jug.
