honda's recommendations

does anyone know what the recommendations are from honda on when to replace the piston, cam chain, vavle springs, valves,

any help, and i do mean any help will be appreciated

06 with hrc kit says 15 hrs (lol)

they will go alot longer than that

HA HA HA it says 15 hours on the piston, but it says 20 hours on first oil change. Then every 100 hours after that. 2 oil changes and 8 pistons. LOL

run it till she smokes. then replace piston and rings.

well i was just running her, and then i just made a clicking sound, and it was loud, so i pulled the head,and expected her to be destroyed, but nothing looked out of the ordinary, but i think my crank is bad, or mabye the bearings, cause i can move the crank side to side almost a quarter inch, but i will find out, dont worry about helping me, i got her under control
