new carrier and axle ?

i took my axle and carrier out of my 400 ex about three weeks ago, and i was just about certain that i kept all my parts, but in the printout the honda dealer gave, it says that i need these little rubber seals on both ends of the carrier, and i cannot find them. I dont know exactly what the name is to them cause they are just numbered. Can someone please tell me what they are, and if i even need them, a good pic would be nice. Sorry if this is a difficult question, but i just spen 1500 dollars on parts and stuff to get my 400 running in top shape, and i dont want anything wrong with it once i lock tight the axle nut. thanks for any help

Alright so don't even bother replacing the seals and bearings. Get a whole new axle carrier off of ebay with seals and bearings installed. I got my RAD carrier for pretty cheap from this same guy. Trust me it is worth it.;)

Go to ebay stores and search for a guy named 1arctic1. That is where I got my RAD carrier and he has one for a 400ex too.;)

I think he is talking about the o-rings on the carrier.

where does it go! is it that peice that keeps the locknut from coming off the splines on the axle? that little ring?

i am sorry, i bought a new lonestar carrier and durablue axle, and i kept all my stock parts just in case. I have that exact print out and i am missing the number 31 piece and there are 2 of them. I was wanting to know if those are the rubber rings on the stock carrier, cause i just took those off, and if i really need them or not. If i do, i will just order them because i want everything right, but thanks a lot for the info

the circlip holds the mount for the rear brakes (#3) so it doesnt slip off

ok, thanks i thought that i might have seen a seal in there, but is there really 2 of them or not, it show that there is one on both sides of the swingarm. thanks for you help
