Cam lube

Can anyone recomend some different types of lube for when I change out my cam? Is there anything I can get at a local auto parts store that will work?

just go ask for moly lube, or ask for cam lube, and mix it 50/50 with oil.

I've used straight oil, no need for cam lube IMO.
