Predator Problem

My predator has been used for about 2 months. As I went to start it oil came pouring out of the breather on the top of the motor case . Why would it do this. I have a foam filter on that breather because I have a high flow air filter system and it came with the kit.

did you tip it up at any point?, if not you probably overfilled it
